RiversEdge is pleased to welcome its very first residents, Mr. and Mrs. Shannon (Susan) McCullar.  When asked to describe living at RiversEdge, Susan McCullar's response was, "Hmmm, I'm not good with words…let's see, well, it's absolutely beautiful here!  We love to walk the nature trails, especially the boardwalk through the wetlands.  You can hear all kinds of 'critters'…it's so peaceful and beautiful."

Mrs. McCullar, we couldn't have said it better ourselves!  That is the exact experience the developers had in  mind when they created nature trails winding through lush trees and marshes with walkways and  wooden bridges.

Susan went on to tell us how much "our family just loves to see all the houses with front porches; it's so neighborly and friendly here. And the views of the water are breathtaking."

For someone who said to us: "I'm not very good with words", when asked to tell us her family's experience living at RiversEdge, we'd say Mrs. Susan McCullar was downright poetic in her descriptions.  Mrs. McCullar, we think you described the RiversEdge lifestyle perfectly!
